The flashy game show set and the host's energetic introduction.

The video opens with a game show-like set. A host in a red velvet tuxedo stands center stage, waving. Large letters spelling 'FLEX CASH' are visible behind him. Two contestants stand at podiums. The host introduces the show as a financial gift from Betenbough Homes. A shot of a brand new home interior is shown. The host asks if Flex Cash can be used to buy down interest rates, and the contestants confirm. The host then reveals the amount of Flex Cash, $14,000, and declares it 'Flextastic!' The ad ends with the Betenbough Homes logo and website.
