A cute sea otter wearing headphones on a blue background.

The ad opens with a sea otter floating on its back, wearing headphones, with the Orca logo visible on its chest. The background is a vibrant blue. Text appears on screen, first saying "YOU OTTER RIDE", then changing to a yellow starburst with "YOUTH RIDE FREE" and a bus icon. The scene then transitions to text that says "TAKE THE BUS & RIDE EASY" with the otter now wearing sunglasses. Finally, the yellow starburst reappears with "18 & YOUNGER RIDE THE BUS FREE" and a website address and logo at the bottom.
