A large St. Bernard dog being presented with a toothbrush.

The ad opens with a close-up of a large St. Bernard dog looking to the side. A hand holding a toothbrush with white bristles is brought towards the dog's nose. The dog sniffs the toothbrush. The scene then transitions to a product shot of a jar of ProDen PlaqueOff Powder, with two puppies on the label, set against a light blue background. Text appears on the right side of the screen.
