The ad opens with a Golden Retriever lying on a wooden floor next to three blue bottles of DOUXO pet shampoo. The dog looks at the camera. The scene then shifts to a man and woman giving the dog a bath in a bathtub. They are shown applying the shampoo and conditioner. The dog is then wrapped in a towel and dried with a hairdryer.
