The woman's initial gesture of touching her forehead and her concerned expression.

The video opens with a close-up of an older woman touching her forehead, looking concerned. It then cuts to a wider shot showing her sitting in a chair, talking to a younger man who is sitting opposite her. There is a plant on a small table between them. The woman gestures with her hands as she speaks. The video then returns to a close-up of the woman, who looks surprised and then smiles.
