A couple sitting on a couch looking concerned.

The ad opens with a shot of a suburban house, then cuts to a couple, Daniel and Alicia, sitting on a couch. They discuss issues with their home's temperature control, including the shower temperature fluctuating and hearing strange noises. The contractor, Alex West, arrives and inspects the house, checking the HVAC system and water heater. He replaces both units with heat pump versions. The couple expresses satisfaction with the new, fully electric system. The ad ends with a logo and website.
