A man with wild hair and a fluffy dog in a quirky living room.

The ad opens with a man with long, wild hair and a dog in a living room. The scene quickly transitions to a woman and a child holding a boombox. Then, it shows a close-up of a wind turbine spinning, followed by a wider shot of wind turbines in a hilly landscape. The final shot is a white screen with the PPC logo and slogan.
