The woman's initial statement, "Ich muss keinen DNA-Test machen. Ich bin zu 100 % Italienerin."

The video opens with a woman looking up thoughtfully, with text overlay. It then shows her holding a MyHeritage DNA testing kit box and instructions. Next, it displays her DNA results with percentages of different ethnicities, and the woman reacts with surprise. The video then shows her demonstrating how to use the kit, taking a saliva sample and packing it. Finally, it shows her again with a globe in the background, highlighting different regions, and encouraging viewers to order their own test.
