A man dramatically diving into the ocean.

A man in an orange shirt and brown pants dives into clear turquoise water from a rocky outcrop. The video then transitions to shots of the ocean, the MIDO logo, and close-ups of a MIDO Ocean Star Caliber 80 watch. The man is shown swimming and then walking out of the water onto a beach, smiling. The final shots are of the watch against a black background with the brand logo and slogan.
