The text "COMICS' GREENROOM" appearing over a shot of a long storage hallway.

The video opens with a shot down a long, narrow hallway lined with storage units. Text overlays appear, introducing "manhattan mini storage Mini-Sets" and "COMICS' GREENROOM." The scene then shifts to three people sitting in what appears to be a storage unit set up as a green room. One woman in a pink hoodie is talking, another woman in a denim jumpsuit is listening and gesturing, and a man in a chair is also listening and laughing. The camera focuses on each person as they speak, with quick cuts between them. The overall pacing is conversational and casual.
