The initial still life arrangement of fruits and the toy cat.

The video opens with a still life arrangement on a wooden artist's palette against a light blue background. The palette holds an orange, a green apple, a lemon, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. A small toy cat and a white bowl are on the table in front of the palette. Over the course of the video, the contents of the bowl change, and a paintbrush is introduced. The paintbrush dips into the blackberries, then is used to paint stripes onto a white egg that is placed in front of the palette. The egg is progressively decorated with colorful stripes, resembling a rainbow. The pacing is slow and deliberate, focusing on the artistic creation of the decorated egg.
