A text message asking about balcony safety followed by a dramatic visual of waves crashing near a balcony.

The video begins with a phone notification from 'Laura' asking 'Is your balcony safe? Look at this!'. This transitions to a security camera view of a balcony where waves are crashing dangerously close. The scene then shifts to a wider shot of the balcony with a group of people standing on it, and a red arrow points to them. This is followed by footage of a building with a collapsed balcony, highlighted by a red circle. The final scenes show close-ups of the damaged balcony and text overlays.
