Cate Blanchett speaking directly to the camera.

The video opens with Cate Blanchett speaking directly to the camera, identified as a UNHCR Goodwill Ambassador. The scene then shifts to footage of refugees, including children, at what appears to be a border crossing or aid distribution point, with buses and tents visible. There are shots of damaged buildings in Ukraine and a forklift moving supplies. The pacing is somber and urgent, interspersing Blanchett's message with scenes of hardship and aid efforts.
