The bold, impactful text 'AVOIDABLE BLINDNESS' appearing on screen.
The video opens with the Fred Hollows Foundation logo on a white background. It transitions to an orange screen with the words 'AVOIDABLE BLINDNESS' appearing letter by letter. This is followed by text on different colored backgrounds: 'THAT'S OUR MISSION', 'IT BEGAN HERE', 'IN AUSTRALIA', 'ENSURING ABORIGINAL AND TORRES STRAIT ISLANDER PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO SIGHT'. Interspersed are images of medical professionals examining children's eyes in various settings, including a close-up of a woman using an ophthalmoscope on a young boy, and a black and white image of a man examining an older man's eye. The text 'WE'VE RESTORED 3 MILLION PEOPLE' appears, followed by 'BUT WE'RE NOT DONE' and '1 BILLION PEOPLE ARE STILL WAITING'. The video concludes with more images of eye examinations and children, ending with the text 'TOGETHER, LET'S END AVOIDABLE BLINDNESS' and the Fred Hollows Foundation logo.
