A child lying face down on a concrete walkway.

The video opens with a child lying face down on a concrete walkway, near a dirty ditch. Another child is kneeling beside them, and an adult is approaching with bags of food. The adult interacts with the children, asking their names and ages, and then hands them the food. The children then walk away with the food. The video has a gritty, documentary feel.
