A close-up of a sad, tearful child's face with the question "HOW ARE YOU?"

The video opens with a close-up of a young boy looking down, with text overlayed asking "HOW ARE YOU?". His eyes well up with tears, and a hand gently touches his face. The scene transitions to show him holding a tray of food, then sitting down to eat. The background appears to be a damaged building. The video ends with a black screen and text about donations.
