The large text "SALVEMOS A CALDAS" and the prominent fish sculpture.

The video opens with a wide shot of a public square featuring a large, abstract fish sculpture. Text overlays the scene. The camera then zooms in slightly, and a logo with a tiger and the words "SALVACIÓN NACIONAL" appears. The scene transitions to a close-up of a white card with the same logo and text, superimposed over blurry documents. A hand holding a red pen is shown. The pen draws a red 'X' over the logo on the card. The date "MARZO 8" appears next to the card. The pacing is deliberate, with clear transitions between scenes.
