Phil Weiser speaking directly to the camera, stating 'Here's a message for the state billionaires funding a tax against me.'

The video opens with a man in a blue collared shirt speaking directly to the camera in a home office setting. It then transitions to outdoor scenes of the same man interacting with different people, shaking hands, and speaking at events. Text overlays identify him as Phil Weiser and list his accomplishments. The final segment shows a black screen with graphics detailing campaign finance information for Michael Bennett's 'billionaire backers,' followed by a return to Phil Weiser speaking to the camera with campaign branding.
