The stark black and white imagery of industrial cooling towers combined with a serious close-up of a man's face.

The video opens with a black and white shot of two large cooling towers emitting smoke, with a man in a suit looking directly at the camera. Text overlays appear, detailing a news headline about Peter Dutton's nuclear plan and its potential cost. The man's face is shown in close-up, with dramatic lighting and a serious expression. Animated red arrows shaped like houses appear on screen, with text indicating rising costs for health, energy bills, taxes, HECS debt, childcare, and TAFE fees. The final scene shows the text 'HE CUTS YOU PAY' in large white and red lettering. The video ends with a black screen and authorization information.
