The large, bold text stating 'PETER DUTTON CUT $14 BILLION' immediately grabs attention.

The video opens with a close-up of Peter Dutton speaking, with an Australian flag blurred in the background. Text appears on screen stating he cut $14 billion from Victorian hospitals, including Sunshine Hospital. The scene then shifts to a shot of Sunshine Hospital, followed by a scene inside a hospital with medical staff attending to a patient on a gurney. More text appears stating he will cut $350 billion more. The video then shows Peter Dutton and John Fletcher side-by-side, with text indicating that voting for John Fletcher will result in 'Dutton'. The final scene shows a composite image of John Fletcher with Peter Dutton's face superimposed on the right side of his face, with the text 'YOU'LL GET DUTTON'. The video has a dark, gritty aesthetic with a textured overlay.
