The initial visual of the US Capitol and Barack Obama, combined with the text 'OBAMA DEMOCRAT CHARLES McCALL', immediately grabs attention by linking a specific individual to a prominent political figure.

The video opens with a split screen showing the US Capitol building on the left and a portrait of Barack Obama on the right. In the center, a man identified as Charles McCall is shown, with text overlaying the image. The scene then shifts to a close-up of Charles McCall, with a table of voter information displayed on the left. The text indicates he is an 'Obama Democrat' and highlights his political affiliation as 'DEM' and his voting record. The final scenes show McCall in a different setting, with text stating he 'VOTED FOR HIGHER TAXES 20 TIMES'. The pacing is quick, with rapid cuts between scenes and text overlays.
