The prominent display of the Colombian flag and the large, bold numbers '7' and '8' against it.

The video opens with a close-up of the Colombian flag waving against a clear sky. Large blue numbers appear, first a '7' and then an '8', overlaying the flag. The text 'MARZO' is also visible. A white card with a red 'X' over it is introduced, displaying text and logos. The card shows 'MOVIMIENTO SALVACIÓN NACIONAL' and 'SALVACIÓN NACIONAL' with a tiger logo. A hand holding a red pen is shown crossing out the card. The scene then shifts to an aerial view of a colorful monument and a highway, with the text 'SALVEMOS AL ATLÁNTICO' prominently displayed. The 'SALVACIÓN NACIONAL' logo with the tiger appears again.
