The close-up of the young boy's face with his distinctive teeth.

The video opens with a close-up of a young boy's face, then shows him with an older woman, and then back to the boy in various poses, sometimes looking distressed or excited. The setting appears to be a rural village with simple houses and dirt ground. The Liliane Fonds logo is visible in the top left corner of most frames.
