The initial text overlay "SUSAN COLLINS" on a distorted, retro-style image.

The video opens with text overlaying a grainy, distorted image, introducing 'SUSAN COLLINS'. It then transitions to show a woman, identified as Susan Collins, speaking directly to the camera. Interspersed are images of a family, military personnel, and oyster farming equipment, each with accompanying text. The pacing is quick, with frequent cuts and text overlays. The final scene shows the woman and a man, identified as Graham Platner, with campaign text and an approval message.
