Close-up of a young woman's face with text introducing her and her age.

The video opens with a close-up of a young woman's face, with text overlay. It then transitions to shots of hands covered in chalk, and then to a close-up of hands gripping gymnastic rings. Finally, it shows the woman in a wheelchair in a gymnasium, with more text overlays. The pacing is slow and deliberate, focusing on the emotional journey.
