The text "The Trump administration is try" appears on a blurred, ominous background.

The video opens with text on a blurred background, then transitions to images of industrial pollution, traffic, and a landfill with the Twin Towers in the background. It then shows children playing near a smokestack, followed by images of industrial facilities emitting smoke, a horse in a field, and a smoky city street with a vehicle. The video shifts to a scene of firefighters spraying water on a large plume of smoke, and then displays text on a black background. Finally, it shows a gavel, a person with a briefcase, lawyers in court, and people speaking at podiums, concluding with the Earthjustice logo and donation information.
