The opening shot of a film projector and the text "REAL QUOTE FROM BIG TOBACCO EXECUTIVES - 1985" create intrigue.

The video opens with a close-up of a film projector, then transitions to soft-focus shots of a woman holding a baby, a mother playing with her child outdoors, and a woman in a hat. Throughout these scenes, silhouettes of people are superimposed, obscuring parts of the image. The pacing is slow and somber, with a grainy, vintage film aesthetic. The final frames are black screens with text.
