The man speaking directly to the camera with a serious expression.

The video opens with a close-up of a man speaking directly to the camera, then cuts to a man in an office writing on a glass board with sticky notes, then to a woman wearing glasses looking thoughtfully, then back to the man in the office gesturing towards the board, then to a close-up of hands writing on paper, and finally to a man putting a ballot into a box. The pacing is quick, with rapid cuts between scenes.
