A cartoon bird hacker in a room full of monitors.

The video opens with a blue cartoon bird wearing a beanie, sitting at a computer desk surrounded by multiple monitors displaying code. The bird is using a mouse and keyboard. The scene then zooms in on the bird's face, which opens its mouth in surprise. Next, the bird's hands, wearing blue gloves, are shown marking a ballot with a pen. Finally, a graphic appears with the text "ACUÑA PRESIDENTE" and instructions to mark "5 A" on April 12th, showing icons for different positions to vote for.
