The bold text "RUG & CARPET EXPERTS" immediately establishes the service.

The video opens with text "RUG & CARPET" on a light blue background. The text "EXPERTS" appears below it. A video clip is then shown of a woman using a carpet cleaning machine on a carpet, with a dog watching. The carpet is visibly cleaner in the section being cleaned. The background then changes to a darker blue, with the text "RUG & CARPET EXPERTS" again. Another clip shows the woman cleaning a different, lighter colored carpet in a living room. The final scene shows the "ZEROREZ SALT LAKE" logo and tagline "Zerorez: Clean & Healthy".
