An older man handing car keys to a younger man.

The ad opens with an older man handing keys to a younger man, who is leaning on a car engine. The older man then scratches off a lottery ticket, revealing glittery particles. The scene shifts to a document that appears to be a grant or scholarship, also covered in glitter. The younger man looks surprised while reading a letter. He is then shown taking an auto repair certification test in a classroom. He receives a framed certificate. Finally, the younger man, now named Daniel, shakes hands with a woman in front of a building that says "DANIEL'S AUTO REPAIR." He is then shown holding a lottery ticket again, with glitter particles around him. The ad ends with a scenic view of mountains and a city, with the Washington Lottery logo and text.
