The initial split screen showing a furnace with "NO GAS" and an oil tank with "NO OIL" immediately sets up a problem that needs a solution.

The video opens with a close-up of a furnace, showing the burners and the text "NO GAS". It then transitions to an oil tank with the text "NO OIL". The scene shifts to a warehouse filled with boxes and an outdoor HVAC unit. Text overlays highlight the benefits of the system, such as efficiency and quiet operation. Two men are shown unboxing a new HVAC unit. The video concludes with a map of Washington state and information about financing and rebates.
