The initial blurred shot of a TV box and mounting hardware on the floor, combined with the text "Need help with TV mounting", immediately sets the context.

The ad opens with a blurred shot of a living room with a large TV box and mounting hardware on the floor. A person walks into frame. Text appears asking if the viewer needs help with TV mounting in the Bay Area. The scene shifts to a man on the phone, asking who installed his TV. He is then shown looking at his phone, which displays the Thumbtack app with a TV mounting service. The ad concludes with the Thumbtack logo and tagline, showing app store download buttons.
