A man struggling to clean a stain off a wall.

The ad opens with the Thumbtack logo. A man is shown trying to clean a pink stain off a wall with a blue sponge, looking frustrated. A woman watches him. He then takes down a framed picture and attempts to hang it, but it's crooked. The scene shifts to a close-up of a smartphone displaying the Thumbtack app. The app shows a list of painters and then a specific painter's profile. The ad ends with the Thumbtack logo and app store download icons.
