The ad opens with a woman and a man on their hands and knees, looking intently at a wooden floor. The woman is wearing glasses and a maroon shirt, while the man wears a black shirt with a logo. They appear to be examining a stain or mess on the floor. The scene transitions to them standing up, with the man gesturing. A young boy is then shown lounging on a white couch, holding a green stalk. The ad then shows a close-up of a cleaning machine head on a wooden floor, followed by a shot of a yellow Stanley Steemer van parked in front of a suburban house.
