Water damage and insulation falling from the ceiling.

The ad opens with a family (mother and two children) reacting to water damage in their home, with insulation falling from the ceiling and water on the floor. SERVPRO vans arrive, and a team of workers in green vests and helmets begin cleaning up the mess, removing insulation, and drying the floors. The final scenes show the house restored, with the family looking relieved and happy, and a SERVPRO representative interacting with the mother. The ad uses quick cuts to show the progression from disaster to restoration.
