The energetic fitness class and the prominent "START SAVING" text.

The video opens with a group of people participating in a fitness class, led by an instructor wearing a red shirt that says "HEALTHY." The class appears to be a step aerobics class, with participants using aerobic steps. The lighting is dim and blue. Text overlays appear, promoting a free month of membership. The video transitions to a static end card with the "Retro Fitness" logo and website.
