The Great Clips logo appearing over a woman looking tired in a waiting room.

The video opens with a woman sitting in a waiting area, looking tired. A Great Clips logo appears. It then cuts to a young girl in a salon cape, smiling and talking. The dialogue indicates her mom went to five different stores. Then, a boy in a salon cape is shown, also smiling and talking, with dialogue about school starting. Another boy is shown, looking surprised and talking. The scene shifts to a hand holding a smartphone displaying the Great Clips app, showing an estimated wait time of 10 minutes and a check-in button. A notification pops up saying 'You're checked in. See you soon!'. The woman from the beginning is shown sleeping in the waiting area. The Great Clips logo reappears with the tagline 'IT'S GONNA BE GREAT' and a 'Check In Now' button. The video ends with a disclaimer about the app and website.
