The prominent text 'FIRST MONTH FREE' on the exterior of the gym.

The ad opens with a shot of the Gold's Gym exterior at night, then transitions to dynamic shots of people working out in a gym. We see a man lifting weights, a woman using a sled machine, and a group class in progress. The visuals emphasize the gym's equipment, facilities, and community atmosphere. The pacing is energetic, with quick cuts between different scenes.
