Two men, one eating a large kebab and the other shadow boxing, juxtaposed against a billboard for a gym.
The ad opens with two young men standing outside, with a large billboard behind them advertising a gym called FIT X. One man is eating a Döner kebab, while the other is shadow boxing. The billboard shows a fit couple and advertises "SUPER BODY" for 79€. The text "FIT X BRINGT AUSREDEN INS SCHWITZEN." appears on screen. The scene then cuts to the two men inside a gym. The man who was eating the kebab is now struggling to lift a barbell, while the other man, presumably a trainer, spots him. The ad shows the FIT X logo and the price "MTL. NUR 29€*" with smaller text at the bottom detailing the offer. The final shot shows the man lifting the barbell successfully, with the FIT X logo and the slogan "BRINGT AUSREDEN INS SCHWITZEN."
