The video starts with a shot of existing ductwork in an attic, immediately posing a question about homes without it.

The video shows the installation of a ductless mini-split air conditioning system. It begins in an attic with flexible ductwork, then transitions to the exterior of a house where technicians are installing the outdoor unit, and finally shows the indoor unit mounted on a wall. The installation process is depicted, including connecting refrigerant lines and testing the system. The pacing is quick, with cuts between different stages of the installation and close-ups of the equipment and text overlays.
