A smiling man in a bright red hoodie.

The ad opens with a smiling man in a red hoodie, then shows him delivering a red DoorDash bag up stairs and to a porch. He then gets into his car and drives through a suburban neighborhood. The final scenes show him looking at his phone with a delivery instruction and then speaking to the camera in a park.
