A couple returning home with luggage and pool toys, immediately encountering a strange smell.

The video opens with a couple carrying luggage and inflatable pool toys, walking towards a house. They enter the house, and a man expresses concern about a smell. The scene then shifts to a dark, damp crawl space, showing signs of moisture and potential foundation issues. Workers are shown installing a white vapor barrier and a dehumidifier in the crawl space. The couple is then seen at the front door again, talking to a representative from DFX. The ad concludes with the DFX logo and contact information.
