A close-up of a sweaty, distressed man holding a plunger.

The video opens with a close-up of a man's face, looking distressed and sweaty. He is wearing a ruffled white shirt. He holds a plunger in his hand. The scene transitions to a logo for BES, with the tagline "We've got it!" and "Plumbing, heating and gas supplies... FAST!". The man's face reappears, looking increasingly distressed and covered in a white substance, possibly soap or foam. The final shots are of the BES logo and tagline.
