The initial text "3 BRAIN TUMORS" is a strong and unexpected hook.

The video opens with two men in a gym. One man is doing agility drills on a mat, while the other stands behind him. The camera then focuses on the agility drill and the man's feet. Text appears on screen. The camera then shifts to a man lifting dumbbells, with text overlayed. The scene changes to a man performing a barbell squat with a coach spotting him, and more text appears. The video ends with the Anytime Fitness logo and tagline.
