A close-up of a smoothie cup with the text "I almost forgot protein for breakfast is the whole point 🥺".

The video opens with a close-up of a Tropical Smoothie Cafe cup with a blue straw. It then transitions to show a stack of breakfast quesadillas, followed by a smoothie bowl topped with fruit and granola, and finally a breakfast burrito cut in half. The background throughout the video is lush green foliage. The pacing is quick, with cuts between different breakfast items.
