A cartoon star with a laughing face.

The ad opens with a black screen and a cartoon star with a laughing face. It transitions to a close-up of a Carl's Jr. Famous Star burger, with hands assembling it and ketchup being drizzled on top. The burger is then shown on a grill with flames. Paris Hilton appears, wearing a pink outfit, holding and eating the burger. The ad shows two burgers side-by-side with text overlay. The final shot is the Carl's Jr. logo with a tagline about their app.
