A woman looks directly at the camera with a surprised expression.

The ad opens in a garage with a woman looking at the camera and a man in cycling gear walking towards the open garage door. A bicycle is mounted on the wall. The man exits the garage and starts doing jumping jacks. A delivery van pulls up, and a delivery person brings a large box containing a bicycle out of the van. The woman watches from the garage. The ad ends with the Youi logo and website.
