A couple walking through a vibrant, stylized tropical set.

The ad opens with a couple walking through a stylized, blue, tropical-themed set. Palm trees and a flamingo are visible. They appear to be entering a building with large windows. The scene transitions to a close-up of the couple, looking concerned. The man is holding the woman's hand. The next scene shows the man lying in bed, looking sick with a bandage on his forehead. A hand holds up a smartphone showing a video call with a doctor. The final scenes show the couple dancing happily in front of a large '0' symbol and a dollar sign, with the tropical set in the background. The ad ends with the Universal Assistance logo and tagline.
