The initial bright orange screen with the word 'suva' is a simple but striking visual.

The ad opens with a bright orange screen displaying the word 'suva'. It then transitions to a man lying in a hospital bed, first looking at the camera, then lying down with a knee brace. A nurse is seen in the background. The scene shifts to a man in a hospital bed with a child holding a stuffed animal. Another scene shows a woman struggling to carry a large bunch of balloons into a hospital room. A phone screen displays text messages: 'Wir vermissen dich hier.' (We miss you here.) and 'Gute Besserung!' (Get well soon!). Finally, a woman in a hospital bed smiles while looking at a tablet. The pacing is gentle and empathetic.
